Functional Responsibilities
The successful candidate is responsible for conduct and oversite supporting alignment related CDRL development, shipboard test procedure development, and oversight of testing.

Description of Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the review and interpretation of the requirements in support of CDRL development and test procedure development and oversight of testing. More detailed responsibilities are:

  • Oversee scheduling and conduct of Combat Systems Alignment (CSA) surveys in accordance with Combat Systems Alignment Manuals (CSAMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Collaborate with Inservice Engineering Agent (ISEA), RMCs, warfare centers, shipyards, and fleet to managing CSA survey resources and activities

  • Review, assess, and ensure documents, equipment, technology, and instructions are current and correct

  • Develop step-by-step procedures to include the following in each test procedure:

    • Test set-up diagrams, including test equipment connections

    • Input and output instrumentation points

    • Test item operating limits and test conditions to be imposed

    • Parameters to be measured

    • Step-by-step operations to obtain the required data

    • Step-by-step adjustment operations to bring measurements within acceptable parameters

    • Caution and safety warnings as appropriate

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and five (5) years of experience or High School/GED and nine (9) years of direct experience

  • Career Level will be assigned based on years of direct experience

Required Skills and Certifications:

  • DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter

  • As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance

Other required skills/experience:

  • Your resume/cv accepted by our customer

  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Power Point

  • Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills

  • Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively in providing high quality services
